639ph Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Eligibility to Use 639ph

To register and participate at 639ph, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age.
2. You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms of this nature is permitted under applicable law.

Providing false details — including but not limited to name, date of birth, contact information, or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

• One account per person: Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual, all accounts may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
• Account credentials: Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with any other party. 639ph will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel.
• Reporting unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@639ph.best immediately. Do not continue using the account before reporting.
• Account name accuracy: The name on your 639ph account must match the name on your verified identity documents and your registered payment method. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or account review.

639ph may carry out identity verification checks at any point, including at the time of first withdrawal, when a certain cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or when unusual activity is detected. You authorise 639ph to use your submitted information for these purposes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at 639ph are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• 639ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to method availability at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 639ph does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits from third-party sources may be returned and the account reviewed.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 639ph account.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• Processing times vary by method. Estimated timelines are shown at the point of withdrawal request.
• 639ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above internal review thresholds or where unusual account activity has been flagged.
• Funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or in breach of these terms will not be released and may be forfeited.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity at 639ph are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, which are displayed within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all 639ph products:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. Cancellations are not available after a bet is accepted unless a clear platform error has occurred.
• 639ph reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing or technical error is identified, regardless of whether the bet was previously confirmed.
• Winnings are credited to your 639ph account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• All sports betting markets, including PBA betting and basketball betting, are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. Where results are disputed, settlement may be deferred pending the outcome of any official review.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 639ph systems record the state of play at the point of disconnection. • Registering or using an account in a name other than your own legally registered identity.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake, or system glitch to gain an unfair advantage.

7. Privacy and Data Use

By registering a 639ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for these purposes. 639ph does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by operational necessity.

8. Responsible Gaming

639ph is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all Filipino adult players. The following tools and guidelines are available to every registered account holder:

• Deposit limits: You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap from within your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period as specified in the platform settings.

• Balance on closure: Where an account is closed for breach of terms, 639ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.
• Self-exclusion: An account closed under self-exclusion will remain closed for the period requested. Requests to reopen an account before the exclusion period ends will not be processed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Continued use of your 639ph account following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.
